F-Metric 8x10 View Camera
F-Metric 8x10 has two options for the optical bench:
Standard Optical Bench - 50 cm extension bracket and (2) 25 cm monorail units
Asymmetric Optical Bench (D) - providing a 50 cm extension bracket, 40 cm monorail and 15 cm monorail. This configuration allows the camera to be collapsed onto the 15 cm monorail and removed from the extension bracket for easier packing and portability.
- Telescopic optical bench provides fast adjustments for lens-to-subject distance modifications or when long extensions are required.
- Biconical synthetic pleated bellows for focal lengths 210 mm - 450 mm
- Use with 141 mm lens boards or the 141-110 reducing lens board adapter
- Gear-driven, self-locking controls for rise/fall and lateral shift, both front and rear
- Front and rear manual swing
- Manual base tilt with easy to use lever locks
- Zero detents for base tilt, swing, and lateral shift
- Available with optional ARCA-SWISS Micro-Orbix® geared tilt
- Reversible ground glass back for vertical or horizontal framing
- Features a bail back lever, for stress-free loading and unloading of film holders
- High quality, optically flat ground glass with integrated fresnel
- Modular and expandable with quick-changing 4x5 or 5x7 format sets, and a full range of optional accessories for use with wide-angle or long lenses
