RETURN POLICY


ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN

• We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• The request for return has been submitted within the 21 day period.

• The product has not been used, and shows no signs of use.

• All return items are inspected to ensure "new" condition before a refund is issued.

• The original proof of purchase invoice from ARCA-SWISS USA is provided.

• The product is in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards present.

• The product has a manufacturing defect or fails to function properly. Defective products may be repaired, exchanged or refunded for the same or similar model.


UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT PROVIDE RETURNS IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

• The request for return is submitted after the 21 day period.

• The returned product does not include the original packaging with all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards included.

• The product shows signs of use.

• The product was sold as a special order item under the condition that the sale could not be canceled or returned.

• ARCA-SWISS identifies, through evaluation and testing, that any defects or functional problems have been caused by tampering or man-made factors.

• The original proof of purchase invoice from ARCA-SWISS USA has not been provided.

• The returned item was sold by another dealer or on-line retailer. Please contact the original dealer/retailer where you purchased the product for a return request.

• The product was damaged in shipping but not rejected upon receiving the product. Always contact the shipping service immediately if you receive a damaged package.

• The product was damaged due to external forces such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc.


PLEASE NOTE

If the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Additionally, we only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


REFUNDS & CREDITS

Contact us through the contact form at the bottom of this page to request a return or exchange. Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to appear with your credit card or bank after processing your return.


PREPARE YOUR RETURN

• Place your return product back into the original ARCA-SWISS packaging.

• Be sure to include all accessories, blank warranty cards, and product instructions.

• Place it and your your original invoice into an outer shipping box.

• Be sure to pack the product properly so the item won’t get damaged in the return shipment.

• Securely attach your return label to the outside of the shipping package.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend you ship via ground service that provides insurance and a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
